Disposal of waste tires are found to be modern-day hazard and a health issue since recycling them is extremely onerous. Employing these tires as partial substitution for Portland cement in the building sector is one of the most efficient recycling methods. This study focuses on calculating the slump, compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, and water absorption of concrete constructed using rubber tire (RT) and Calcined clay (CC) as 30% partial substitutes for cement. This research investigates the best amount of RT and CC in concrete mix to maximize the strength properties while lowering the amount of concrete's water absorption (WA). To accomplish it, different concrete mixes containing different proportion of RT and CC have been made. 30% by weight of Cement has been replaced with different proportion of RT and CC. The findings suggest that combined use of RT and CC in concrete improves the mechanical characteristics while reducing cement consumption, which can help to lessen the negative environmental implications of cement manufacturing and helps to bring a sustainable environment.
