Abstrakt:	Two cases of nonbacterial endocardial thrombi (NBET) on the atrial surface of the tricuspid valve in the full-term infant are presented. The pathophysiology and the events peculiar to the full-term infant that suggest susceptibility to this rake pathological phenomenon are reviewed.
