The article focuses on the 30th anniversary of the Moscow Seminar "Expert Estimates and Data Analysis" that was held on October 23, 2002 at the Trapeznikov Institute of Control Sciences, Russian Academy of Sciences. The seminar originated in 1972 at the Moscow State University and later moved to the Institute of Control Sciences. From its very beginning, the seminar aimed at joining the efforts of high-level researchers working not only in the domain of expert estimates in the narrow sense of the word, but also in the theory of individual and social choice, voting theory, control of active systems, statistics, sociology, fuzzy set theory, classification, mathematical graph-theoretic models, theory of binary relations, technology of expert estimation and analysis of expert examination, problems of multicriteria choice, among other topics. |
