The purpose of access control is to grant entrance to a building or office only to those who are given the authorization to be there. In some industries, it is necessary for workers to wear safety helmets while working. So, to check whether workers are taking safety precautions a system is proposed. In this work, If the person is wearing a helmet, we can give him access by opening the door. If he is not wearing a helmet then the access can be restricted by opening the door. We can even warn him/her through voice commands to take safety precautions. Node-red is implemented along with IBM cloud technology. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
