Abstrakt: In current technological development, the understanding of automated factories is slowly becoming the beacon to the future which suggests the reliability and workability for such innovations. However, even with this technology, there are still some areas of improvements which can be adjusted to suit companies better in terms of accessibility and accuracy. This project relates on the usage of four main components which are Augmented Reality for Product Visualization, Remote Site Inspection Robot for Factory Monitoring, Facial Recognition System for Biometric Security Measures and IOT based dashboard for production line performance monitoring. The proposed concept is to enable the integration between these four systems as a whole to create a prototype idea on how a factory can be automated while providing some additional features. Each portion of the system is created by one member of the project which undergoes proper implementation procedures, evaluation-based testing, and features justification. These factors are then combined together to form the fully integrated system to provide more benefits to the existing problem statements. The overall system designed was found to be working successfully in terms of simulation-based work as most portion of this system is software based rather than a physical prototype.
