In the study, datas of automatic delimbing and cut of length of coniferous trees with crane-processor Woody H50, mounted of middle-rang skyline Mounty 4000. The accuracy of cutting logs was controlled with roulette per hand. The measurement of the processor was established by 408 cm. The assortment (logs) was grouped in two diameter steps from 10 to 25 cm (1197 pieces) and from 25 to 40 cm (1025 pieces). An investigation of the delivered and not invoiced timber from over measurement was started. The small logs of 10 to 25 cm the measurement in normal borders ± 2 cm makes 545 pieces (45.53 %). The over measurement of 1 % is not observed by 14 logs (1.17%), the 6 cm over measurement after European standard is observed by 119 logs (9.94%). In the class of logs from 25 to 40 cm, ± 2 cm border is rich by 312 logs (30.44 %). The over measurement of 1 % is not observed by 10 logs (0.97%), the over measurement of 6 cm is observed by 57 pieces or 5.56%. A problem was established with the assume of over measurement of 6 cm, for all logs is 3.65 cm by established 408 cm. The wastage of over measurement in first and second quality is determined of 1.86 BGN/m³ and 1.46 BGN/m³. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
