The article presents information on temporalism. It reports that philosopher Mark Aronszajn defends temporalism against the arguments presented by Mark Richard in his paper "Temporalism and Eternalism." Aronszajn presents an argument against eternalism and in favor of temporalism. The argument follows a familiar pattern of presenting a certain inference, claiming that it is valid, and yet on eternalism the inference comes out as invalid. It informs that propositions do not vary with respect to truth over time. |
