The near-term prospects for the spatial evolution of manned orbital stations are considered. In the context of the patterns of spatial evolution of terrestrial structures created by humans throughout the history of civilization, the concept of spatial evolution of perspective layouts in the form of orthogonal structures is formulated and substantiated.
