The relevance of the study is due to the need to improve competitiveness and increase the scientific and technical potential of both an individual enterprise and the country as a whole, thanks to the rapid development of the economy and its digitalization, it became necessary to apply methods to maintain competitiveness and increase scientific and technical potential, to work out and develop new approaches that will be able to adapt to the rapidly changing conditions of the modern market, considering employees' ownership of a particular technology and the ability to improve it using team creativity. The work aims to study the dependence of the creation of new technology, and, consequently, to achieve a leading position in terms of science intensity at all stages of technological forecasting.
