Abstrakt: |
A rigorous analytical approach to the problem of stabilizing steady-state motions (relative equilibrium and regular precessions) of a satellite, whose center of mass moves in a circular orbit, is presented. To create control torques, the satellite is equipped with magnetic coils and a screen with an electric charge. The essence of the approach is to use the property of reducibility of the original time-varying system to a time-invariant system. Controllability is investigated and correct algorithms for optimal stabilization are constructed. Their effectiveness has been shown. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
