Proposes an apparatus that claims to be an improvement on a working mechanical model for first- and second-order phase transitions described in an earlier paper. Use of golf balls rolling in the U-shaped channel of a circular track mounted so that it could be rotated about either vertical axis; Modification of the toy called The Grove Tube. |
