This article discusses the book "Anyway: The Paradoxical Commandments," by Kent M. Keith. The book is one of those little volumes that is full of valuable lessons. These lessons can be applied to all facets of a persons life; yes, even a music teachers. The focus of the book is that one should not make excuses when there are risks to their actions but should keep striving for what a person believe in when he know it is right. According to commandment 1, people are illogical, unreasonable, and self-centered. Love them anyway. As teachers dedicated to art, profession, and music students, one should love these "difficult" people anyway. |
