Abstrakt:	The article focuses on the positive effects of an escape room game on members of a pharmacy department. Topics discussed include the design of the escape game, its impact on participants' knowledge about their colleagues, happiness at work, feeling of belonging to the department, and transfer of skills (communication, listening, logic, leadership, deduction, and teamwork) from the game to real life.
