Iraq's capital "Baghdad" has seen its travel capacity rise rapidly in recent years. The research intends to estimate the real level of service (LOS) at the signalized junctions (AlDora 3-Legs and AlMasafi 4-Legs intersections) using Highway capacity software "HCS2010" and advance the performance control of the signalized crossings by analyzing possibilities to increase traffic capacity. Al-Masafi Street will have fewer lanes to improve LOS. Then, speed restrictions in two directions. Two junctions in this case have LOS "F." Applying HCS to signal timing at AlDora 3-Legs junction improved LOS from "F to B" based on 3-phase actuation. Assuming southbound Baghdad road is exclusive, LOS changed from "F to B" based on 3-phases. AlMasafi 4-Legs intersection's proposed signal timing optimization adjusted LOS from "F to C" with the same phases. Al-masafi urban street's two lanes carry the present traffic 15 years from now. It means the two junctions require automobile regulation and management. The spot speed specifies road speed limitations. Design, safe, median, and limited speeds are 60, 51, 40, and 31 km/h with a ±10 km/h standard deviation. With 58 percent observed data, the speed restriction in the pace area is 34-50 km/h.
