This article discusses a study on the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction among public sector employees in Jordan during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study found that transformational leaders positively influenced job satisfaction and employee well-being, leading to increased commitment to the organization. Effective communication, risk management, and teamwork were also identified as factors contributing to job satisfaction. The study recommends further research on leadership during global crises and emphasizes the importance of leadership in implementing administrative procedures.
