The experiment was to study the effect of dietary chromium yeast on sheep liver transcriptional group. Fourteen Duhu hybrid sheep with similar body weight and good health from 5 to 6 months old were randomly divided into two groups, which were control group and the yeast chromium group, with seven sheep in each group. In the experiment, 147 348 445 and 148 419 153 data obtained from yeast chromium treatment group and control group were screened respectively, the selected differential genes were analyzed by GO functional annotation and KEGG enrichment analysis, and the differentially expressed genes were verified by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. The results showed that dietary chromium yeast could improve the slaughtering performance of sheep. Chromium yeast can regulate T cells by upregulating CD80 and inhibiting CD86. Chromium yeast can improve the body's ability to adapt to heat stress. The study indicates that the addition of yeast chromium in sheep diet can protect the body liver of sheep from damage.
