The purpose of this work was to study the possibility of using a fire-, bio-, moisture-proof impregnating agent under conditions that simulate the operation of protected wood at variable temperatures and high humidity, taking into account the preservation of the effect of its fire protection. In the course of the research, the conditions of the impact of climatic factors on fire-protected pine wood by the method of deep impregnation during the five-year period of its operation were reproduced. Positive test results have been obtained on the preservation of the efficiency of fire protection of wood treated by deep impregnation before and after climatic influences. At the same time, its fire hazard indicators in terms of combustibility and flammability comply with the requirements for safe use at construction sites. It is concluded that it is possible to use wood treated with fire retardants defined by the composition and method of application as materials and building structures (for example, facades) operated in atmospheric conditions.
