Abstrakt: The course of the boiling process in the direct-flow steam generators of the coil type differs from the steam generators of the drum type. Based on the complexity of the boiling process, other methods are used to calculate the vaporization process in the curved pipes of a direct-flow steam generator, and also takes into account the different production process of heating surfaces. The article presents the calculation of heat transfer during boiling of water in curved pipes of a direct-flow steam generator of the coil type, as well as simulations of boiling water in this equipment, the most polluted zones of curved pipes during the vaporization process are determined. Methods for reducing contamination of heating surfaces of the boiler unit are proposed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
