The article examine the potential impacts of the Minnesota Supreme Court's decision in Kenneh v. Homeward Bound, Inc. on race harassment claims under the Minnesota Human Rights Act (MHRA). It discusses the adoption of a less stringent "severe or pervasive" standard by the court and explores how this standard may affect race harassment cases. It further proposes principles for analyzing race harassment claims. |
