The boat when it moves will form a V pattern behind it. The surface gravity pattern of V formation that is often seen by our eyes when the boat is moving is known from divergent and transverse waves, this pattern is also known as the Kelvin Wake Pattern. In this article, we will discuss the influence of the Kelvin Wake Pattern on the mass of a boat traveling without any surface tension whose waves are dominated by transverse waves. This study uses an experimental method compared several masses of boats which will later be observed for the V pattern that is formed. ANSYS and Wolfram will be used for data analysis to determine the 3D model of the boat and the graph of the Kelvin Wake Pattern. The results of this study show that light-mass boat produces a quieter Kelvin Wake Pattern than the heavy-mass boat, with the initial pattern time data on the light-mass boat is relatively faster than the heavy-mass boat with 0.3 s on the light-mass boat and 0.5 s on the heavy-mass boat with Rotation RAO generated on a boat with a larger mass will occur compared to a light-mass boat with a frequencyheavy mass>frequencylight mass.
