| Abstrakt: |
The article reports the case of a 5-year-old girl with primary refractory ALL who was treated with CAR-T cells. The patient experienced grade I CRS and grade II ICANS, which were successfully treated with tocilizumab and dexamethasone. The article discusses the monitoring of kinetics of CAR-T cells and cytokine profile, and the role of TNF-α in the development of CRS and ICAN. |
