Currently, one of the tasks of the higher pedagogical school is the preparation of a competent, flexible, competitive specialist to work in a dynamically changing school, capable of independently and creatively solving professional problems. Modern society is characterized by extremely complex, contradictory processes and trends affecting all spheres of human activity without exception. The threat of an environmental catastrophe on a planetary scale and the world economic crisis, globalization and integration, an avalanche-like "increment" of information and the rapid updating of technologies, the complication of social relations and the growing conflict of intra-society interactions and many other phenomena in one way or another, directly or indirectly, affect the lives of all people, forced to live in conditions of constant social tension and uncertainty, uncertainty about the future.
