In this research work, the technological parameters of the spinning process of an rotor-spinning machine were studied in the production of cotton yarn from medium-staple cotton fiber with the addition of fibrous waste.To study the technological parameters of the spinning process on a rotor spinning machine, a three-factor experiment was carried out and a research planning matrix was built. This matrix was filled in with the coded values of the calculated upper and lower levels of factors. The experiments were carried out according to the established values of factors and the accepted order. The results of the experiment consisted of triplicates and were processed after the primary processing.On the basis of the given calculation models (matrices), diagrams of deflection of the isoline surface were obtained and reflected in them. The obtained contours of the surface, when analyzing mathematical models, we can conclude the following: on the rotor-spinning machine, the following values of the studied factors are achieved, the diameter of the rotor is 38 mm, the rotation speed of the rotor is 101000 rpm and the speed of the opening roller is 8100 rpm.
