Research of nutrition culture in the students environment and its importance for health maintaining.

Abstrakt: The article deals with the issue of nutrition culture in the students environment, in higher and secondary vocational educational institutions. The upbringing of general physical culture and nutrition culture as components of the general culture of the individual. Formation of the healthy lifestyle basis and responsibility among students for their health with the help of sports activity and methods of recreational physical culture. The analysis of the research is presented, which allows to determine the principles of balanced, rational nutrition of the student, the diet of the student. The research data can be used to draw up a program for the formation of a healthy lifestyle for a student, a culture of his healthy diet. Thus, it is possible to solve the global social problem of the younger generation health, which makes up 1/3 of the Russian society.
