To The article is devoted to the reengineering of HR processes and automation of analysis and processing of flight data based on the development of program code for 1C: Enterprise (S7 Airlines as an example). The article clarifies the essence of the categories "reengineering", considers the content of the main methods for describing business processes, their advantages and disadvantages. The code for automating the process of entering flight data into the company's information system shall be presented, verifying them in the Python programming language, as well as in the 1C programming language, which will allow achieving significant savings in labor costs, reducing a considerable number of errors due to manual checking and entering information. The theoretical and practical significance of the work lies in the classification of methods and tools for HR processes reengineering, the development of a methodology for reengineering of management processes in airline, the possibility of using the proposed developments in the process of optimizing the large organizations management system.
