The article presents a case study of a 50-year-old woman with a unique presentation of tender, erythematous, dermal plaques on the face. It proceeds to discuss the correct diagnosis, which is "Neutrophilic Eccrine Hidradenitis" (NEH). It further includes clinical photographs of the lesions, histopathology findings from a biopsy, and discusses the differential diagnosis and management of the condition. |
