Abstrakt:	The article presents a case of a 59-year-old woman who was rushed to a clinic due to a 3-month-old nonpainful left neck mass to discuss cervical tuberculosis along with papillary thyroid carcinoma with lateral neck metastasis. Also cited are the effectiveness of using fine needle aspiration (FNA) to diagnose cervical tuberculosis and her treatment of bilateral total thyroidectomy with central neck and left lateral neck dissections.
