Analytical solutions of the modified Korteweg-de Vries-Burgers' (mKdV-Burgers) equation are investigated using the extended generalised ( G ′ G) –expansion method, which is a simple and efficient technique. The mKdV-Burgers' equation exists in many scientific fields such as solid-state, atom physics, and quantum field theory, plasma dynamics. The obtained solutions are of the hyperbolic function, trigonometric function, and rational function solutions with arbitrary free parameters. The obtained solutions depict the shock waves due to the presence of dissipation the term. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
