Abstrakt: The purpose of the research was to study the features of the influence of microbiological preparations on the number of individual ecological and trophic groups of microorganisms in the rhizosphere of winter triticale and productivity. Such physiological groups of microorganisms as ammonifiers, nitrogen fixers (oligonitrophils), nitrifiers of the first and second phases, actinomycetes, micromycetes and cellulose-decomposing bacteria were studied. The following biopreparations were used in the work: agrofil (Agrobacterium radiobacter, strain 10), mizorin (Arthrobacter mysorens, strain 7), Corynebacterium sp. (PBT strain – 7) and Pseudomonas sp. (PBT strain – 4). It was revealed that their use contributed to an increase in the number of microbiocenosis of the winter triticale rhizosphere. When using agrophil, an increase in the number of nitrogen-fixing microorganisms and actinomycetes was noted. Against the background of treatment with mizorin, an increase in micromycetes, actinomycetes, fungi and cellulose-decomposing microorganisms was observed. The maximum number of nitrifying and ammonifying microorganisms was achieved by inoculation with microbiological preparations based on Corynebacterium sp. and Pseudomonas sp. It was noted that the maximum increase in productivity elements was observed when using the biological product Corynebacterium sp. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
