Abstrakt: For quality and financial reasons, the WEDM program utilizes parameters such as Material Removal Rate (MRR) and Surface Roughness (SR). We are investigating the impact of the WEDM process on various parameters in this research like Analysis of Grey Rational Grade on EDM Parameter level, MRR with Cp & Ton, S/N Ratio of Gray Rational Grade with experiment number, Surface roughness (Micron) with pulse off time (Micro sec), Surface roughness (Micron) with pulse on time (microsec), Surface roughness (Micron) on Discharge Current (Amp), Surface roughness (Micron) with Dielectric flow rate (Lit/hr), Surface roughness (Micron) on Sv, Surface roughness (Micron) with IP, Surface roughness (Micron) ON Ton, Mathematical analysis is being used to predict MRR and SR utilizing RSM. To analyze the process, the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) method is utilized and the results of RSM and PSO techniques are compared. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
