The craft beer industry is one of the promising Entrepreneurial opportunities since the large Beer Industries' are facing a fall-off. The paper's purpose is to explore recent customer expectations, behaviors, and preferences in craft food and beer. This study includes analysis of local beer customers and a thematic survey of local craft head brewers. In addition, the research tracks the potential impact of food pairings on customer experience and broader consumer behavior trends and essential factors in their choice of craft beer over traditional beer. Finally, as beverage and food managers make practical decisions about beer lists, server training, and menu selection, the implications of the results of this study are significant for local breweries.
