Due to the increased demand for health services, the problem of patient satisfaction has become a major concern for both healthcare providers and patients. The purpose of the study was to determine the level of patient satisfaction towards the waiting time and services provided at the health clinic. A pilot study had been conducted for three days, and the questionnaires were distributed to the patients visiting the outpatient department at public clinics in Johor before the actual research. In this pilot research, convenience sampling was used to identify thirty respondents. This research took a quantitative method. The obtained patient satisfaction data from the questionnaires would be evaluated using descriptive statistics (frequency (percent), mean, and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (independent t-test) in SPSS software.
