The article considers the regularities of violation of the geometric accuracy of parts, 3 technological schemes are proposed for experimental studies of the process of vibration stabilizing processing, as a result, one of the technological schemes allowed to restore the size of the part that was violated after mechanical processing. Specific details that are responsible for the performance of individual components of aircraft are proposed. In addition, the structure of the process management model is defined.
