Abstrakt: We consider the general linear control problem for continuous-discrete system with discrete memory. For a fixed collection of parameters, the system is assumed to be controllable with respect to a given family of target functionals. The main purpose of the work is to give an explicit description of the neighborhood of the fixed system within which the controllability is saved for all systems. It opens a way to ensure the controllability for a class of systems with an uncertainty in coefficients. An illustrative example is presented. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
