The article focuses on Vittore Carpaccio's inclusion of musical iconography in his works. It include examples of his paintings featuring angels playing various instruments, the importance of music in the cycles of the Scuola di Santa Orsola and Scuola di San Giorgio,and the presence of musical compositions in Carpaccio's painting "Visione di Sant'Agostino." |
