Various countries are being hit by the COVID-19 virus pandemic, including Indonesia. Covid-19 is a virus that infects the respiratory system and severe lung infections that can cause death. The emergence of the Covid-19 virus has a negative impact on various sectors such as health, education, transportation, and tourism. However, in contrast to the herbal medicine industry, herbal medicine traders in Nguter District, Sukoharjo Regency, have felt the positive impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. This study was conducted to determine how high the impact of the COVID-19 virus on herbal medicine traders in Nguter District, Sukoharjo Regency. This study uses qualitative deductive research with a census approach. A total of 40 mobile herbal medicine traders in Nguter sub-district were used for the population of this research. The data collected includes education level, age, gender, income, number of production, operating time, and route around which is done through interviews and observations. The tools and materials that were used during the research were questionnaire sheets, avenza maps, stationery, cameras, data on the number of herbal medicine business actors, and administrative maps of Nguter District. The results showed that there were three criteria, namely 1) herbal medicine traders experienced an increase during the covid-19 pandemic by 42.5% as a positive impact; 2) Herbal medicine traders during the covid-19 pandemic decreased by 25% as a negative impact; 3) Herbal medicine traders during the covid-19 pandemic were not affected and experienced an increase or decrease /stuck by 32%. Some traders were not positively affected because there were several government regulations to stop the spread of Covid-19 which caused herbal medicine traders to not be able to go around selling.
