Teachers' skills in planning, implementing, and conducting assessments in learning Mathematics are very important to be researched. The purpose of this study was to describe the results of diagnostic tests on the skills of elementary school teachers during the implementation of distance learning in terms of 1) Planning, 2) Implementation, and c) Assessment of Mathematics learning. The study was conducted in 23 elementary schools in the district of Banjarsari, Surakarta, Indonesia. The authors are interested in developing teacher skill instruments in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, because there are not many studies that measure the pedagogical skills of elementary school teachers in Mathematics learning. The respondents consisted of 138 upper grade elementary school teachers. The research approach used is quantitative. The data collection technique was carried out with an online questionnaire through the google form application. The results of the study are as follows. 1) The skills of teachers in learning planning are obtained by 73.92% of skilled respondents, 25.58% of less skilled respondents, and 0.49% of unskilled respondents. 2) The skills of teachers in the implementation of learning are obtained by 75.14% of skilled respondents, 19, 53% of respondents are less skilled, and 5.35% of respondents are unskilled. 3) Teacher skills in learning assessment obtained 88.44 % of skilled respondents, 11.26 % of less skilled respondents, and 0% of unskilled respondents. From the results of the study, it was concluded that upper-class teachers at elementary schools in the Banjarsari sub-district, Surakarta were skilled in planning, implementing, and assessing mathematics learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.
