Abstrakt: Global competition has made optimal industry management of supply chains essential for practical industries. However, supply chain strategy combined with long computational times often leads to inefficient supply chain management (SCM). In this study, a new method was developed for total production planning, inspired by game theory, which has been widely used in combining heat and mass converter networks. This method provides planners with supply and demand information as a combination, allowing them to make informed decisions to enhance reprogramming and performance. Two samples were solved, one involving a single product and the other involving several products on one processor. The results obtained using game theory either presented the best overall programs or served as a great starting point for reducing computational time for solutions using the correct mixing programming formulas.
