Abstrakt: The purpose of this paper was to plan the development of multi-cycle production for sustainable energy in order to enhance the use of clean energy. In this paper, a combination of precise performance constraints in generation evolution planning (GEP) models was on the agenda. In this paper, instead of using traditional objective functions, more attention is paid to short-term performance limitations and uncertainties of the load and sources of clean energy. Develop a novel cost function to enhance the use of clean energy in order to implement production development planning. The actual power grid has been improved to confirm the rationality and practicality of the applied approach. Findings showed that the designed GEP model can install more clean power plants and enhance the use of clean energy in comparison to conventional GEP models. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
