Abstrakt: Block chain technology can aid new measures of green production, the curbing and storing data-related projects accountable for pollution and environmental degeneration, and the real-time gathering and investigation of green or low carbon data for appropriate decision-making. A new foundation for the environmental sustainability and economic growth of states will be formed in the next 20-30 years, based on the development of information technologies, ultra-high-speed digital telecommunications, new technologies for storing and processing information data, global intelligent information networks that ensure the effective development and reproduction of human capital, the development of progressive management technologies, including, of course, distributed data storage technologies. While actualizing the significance and role of blockchain technologies, it should be noted that despite the conflicting approaches and positions of experts to the feasibility and possibility of their use in the environment fields, individual states are already actively moving and developing along the "blockchainization" path. In this regard, the present scientific work attempts to overcome this conditional vacuum in order to expand the thematic disclosure of issues that reveal other aspects of the subject under research, for example, such as the environmental, economic and social effects caused by the introduction of blockchain technologies into the activities of business entities. Based on the assessment of the emerging effects caused by the integration of distributed data storage technologies into the system of business operations, methodological approaches have been developed for formalized assessment and scenario modelling of the GDP growth dynamics in the new institutional economic conditions.
