The article presents a case study of myocarditis with severe left ventricular dysfunction in a young man, which has been temporally associated with the BNT162b2 mRNA COVID-19 vaccine. It includes a review and summary of the available literature on myocarditis associated with SARS-CoV-2 vaccination. It also discusses the patient's medical history, symptoms, diagnostic findings, treatment, and follow-up, as well as the broader context of COVID-19 vaccination and vaccine-associated myocarditis. |
