"Smart City" technologies in freight frame model.

Abstrakt: The shortcomings of the freight frame organization in Russian cities require a new model with deep integrataion of digital management tools. The development of such model is impeded by the problem of simulation methods, the complexity of selecting "Smart City" technologies that are most effective for the conditions of a particular megalopolis. The solution to this problem, given in this article, is base on the comprehensive approach to the development of the freight frame model, where, along with the traditionally used method of urban space zoning according with the sections of the street and road network, it is proposed to use the method of zoning with the allocation of areas in the urban space with different types of business activity. This model was developed as a result of a set of methods — flexible freight frame model of the city is implemented by digital management tools based on intelligent transport systems, integrated into the model of "Smart City" technologies. It was recommended on the basis of the best regional practices "Smart City" technologies are a tool for making operational decisions in the cargo traffic management domain within urban districts, the means of creating a comfortable urban environment.
