Abstrakt: This work aims to optimise the double recovery of the production of biogas and biofertilizer from abundant organic waste from agro-industrial activities such as fisheries, poultry slaughter, canteens, restaurants or kitchens by mesophilic anaerobic digestion and by formulation. The ten-point simplex-centroid mixture design strategy was used to achieve the desired initial C/N ratio for an effective biotransformation. Monitoring of this anaerobic digestion took place for 18 days. Physicochemical and microbiological parameters were controlled at the beginning and the end of this process. The results showed that the best mixture for an optimal biogas production was the one that simultaneously includes the three components of the formulation with a slightly higher percentage of potato peelings. The quality control and fertilisation test proved that the special formula meets the criteria required by the NF U 44051 standard and is suitable for the peppers crop. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
