Abstrakt: Objective To explore the effect of aerobic exercise combined with resistance training on fatigue status, physical function and quality of life of hemodialysis patients. Methods 78 cases of hemodialysis patients in Yingde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a control group (n =39 ) and an observation group (n =39 ). Patients in the control group took routine exercise intervention. Patients in the observation group took aerobic exercise combined with resistance training. The changes of fatigue degree, physical function and quality of life were compared before and after intervention. Results The fatigue scores of the two groups after intervention were significantly lower than those before the intervention (both P < 0. 05 ). The fatigue scores of the observation group after the intervention was significantly lower than those of the control group P < 0. 05 ). After the intervention, the scores of physical function and quality of life in the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention (all P < 0. 05 ). The scores of physical function and quality of life in the observation group after the intervention were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion The application of aerobic exercise combined with resistance training during hemodialysis in patients with end-stage renal disease is helpful to relieve fatigue, improve the physical function and quality of life.
