Abstrakt: Digital community platforms, full of user views and suggestions, are a potential resource for developing innovative and useful ideas to enhance innovation skills. firms need to monitor and interpret reviews online periodically to enhance their internal analyses and design activities. For the end, a framework is suggested applying a computer science approach to systematically analyze the content of online thoughts and feedback on specific objects, using a web lexicon set up for this purpose.
