Patients and methods: The current study was conducted at Department of General Surgery of Assiut University Hospitals with reviewing the medical records of patients with post-ERCP duodenal perforation. It was done in period between 2018 and 2021. Results: All those patients had pneumoperitoneum and duodenal leakage. Only three patients had free collection. Regarding the surgical intervention; it was primary repair (100%), CBD exploration (100%), T-tube exploration (100%), duodenal exclusion (30.8%) and/or gastro-jejunostomy (30.8%). Conclusion: Accurate diagnosis and timely intervention are very important in patients with post-ERCP duodenal perforation.
