In this work we have compared the biological properties of liquid media containing nanoparticles of different metals obtained by the electropulse method. It has been shown that the use of samples of liquid media containing cluster silver, obtained by the electropulse method, is of the greatest interest due to the safety of colloidal silver for humans, animals and plants. A study of the bactericidal activity of solutions containing colloidal silver with a concentration of 20 to 50 mg/l against test cultures of Staphylococcus aureus, Esherichia colli, Proteus vulgaris, Proteus mirabilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella enteritidis, Enterococcus Faecalis, Klebsiella Pnemoniac has confirmed their expressed biocidal effect. The influence of the initial state of the reaction medium, in particular, the purity of distilled water on the bactericidal properties of the obtained colloidal solutions was noted. Tests of cluster silver solutions with a concentration of up to 50 mg/l, applied to various types of surfaces revealed an expressed disinfectant effect on ceramic smooth surfaces. The study of the bactericidal properties of cluster silver solutions in relation to porous wooden surfaces showed the need for further research with higher concentrations of biocidal agent. Tests on imparting biocidal properties to textile materials by impregnation method have shown that woven and nonwoven materials treated with colloidal silver solution obtained by electropulse method have an expressed bactericidal activity, which opens the prospects for their use both in clinical practice and in the production of biocidal materials.
