The article presents the results of studies of the strength of hollow section piles. An effective solution has been developed using the vibration vacuum method. The use of the new structure leads to savings in concrete and an increase in the strength of the pile. A technology has been developed that makes it possible to form high-strength thin-walled concrete piles from a fine-grained concrete mixture by the vibration vacuum method. In accordance with the calculation of the strength of concrete on the developed piles with a hollow section, the consumption of concrete in comparison with a massive monolithic pile can be reduced by 4 times. A significant decrease in material consumption shows the economic efficiency of the device in the soil of thin-walled piles. This puts forward the corresponding requirements for concrete - in particular, for the maximum permissible gravel, that is, only fine-grained concrete can be used. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
