The topic "Solving competitive environmental quality for apartment real estate in Ho Chi Minh City towards the green architecture" is an urgent current issue, in order to improve the quality of living environment, facilitate it easier for people to own apartments, create a healthy and sustainable competitive quality living environment. Proposed 3 criteria groups consisting of 13 criterions and 3 groups of solving, consisting of 11 small criterions: The group of ecological planning solutions, cube layout, specific functions, architectural symbols in the direction of green architecture, accompanied by convenient social service infrastructure increases the value position and lucrative competitive terrain for condominiums. The second group of solutions, improving the quality of design, managing the construction of interior-exterior architecture. Thirdly, architectural aesthetic solutions plus stable after-sales service management regimes are participated by a large number of communities. In order for apartment ownership to be feasible, the State needs to have a competitive antitrust policy: Building green apartment real estate in the vicinity of industrial parks, affordable prices for sale or lease, serving the majority of workers and it 'll be feasible, if there is the cooperation between the State and people to work together for implementing.
