Abstrakt: |
The possibilities of using organizational network analysis as a relationship analytics tool to improve human resource management are considered. It is shown that the organizational analysis of networks based on the use of digital technologies makes it possible to assess the dynamics of relationships and the impact that they have on employee engagement and the effectiveness of the organization.
